It may seem like a little thing, but a forgotten broken utility pole is turning into a never ending nuisance for neighbors.
The utility pole sits is blocking the sidewalk at the corner of Lahser and Willmarth on Detroit’s west side. It’s a trip hazard.
Neighbors tell 7 Action News they’ve made calls to various companies, and city departments, but the pole remained. It appears nobody wanted to take responsibility for leaving it behind.
