Detroit's newest restaurant PARC will open in Campus Martius next week, the restaurant announced on Thursday.
The restaurant will feature what they call, "redefined Detroit cuisine," and is inspired by the influences and flavors of the city's cultural communities.
"The menu at PARC gives tribute to this rich history and offers guests familiar yet refined expressions of traditional Midwestern foods, with influences of French and Italian flavors and styles," the restaurant said in a release.
Executive Chief Jordan Hoffman, who is from Adrian and graduated from the Schoolcraft College for Culinary Arts, helped create the menu.
It will also feature specialty cocktails, local and imported beers and a collection of wines from around the world.
