Detroit Police say 28-year-old Elazar Withers used the gay dating app called "Jack'd" to meet the men he then lured to sexually assault and rob.
Withers' string of alleged crimes began around 1:40 a.m. Friday when, at gunpoint, he allegedly ordered a man he met through the dating app to get out of his vehicle and not run.
That man did manage to escape on foot and Withers allegedly stole his vehicle.
Detroit Police say in the hours that followed, Withers targeted two other men he met on the dating app to sexually assault and rob.
Detroit Police say they located Withers in the area of the crimes just three days later.
He's now facing multiple charges including First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct and armed robbery.
