Volunteers with Crime Stoppers' Community Response Team help get justice

Posted

Metro Detroit law enforcement has some partners in crime fighting that you may not know about - but you should.

They’re called the community response team – C.R.T.

They’re the good guys, working to help put the bad guys behind bars - where they belong.

They are volunteers, who signed up to work with Crime Stoppers of Michigan.

For countless families they pass out flyers, search buildings, fields, boats cars, wherever and whatever they have to.

These men and woman are truly special people. The goal is to seek justice.

They do this on there on time - without earning a dime. They do this because they care and that is priceless.

The community response team needs more volunteers to do this work. They only ask for an hour of your time.

They work with families in 7 counties across Michigan. All you have to do is reach out and the volunteers will come running.

If you want to get involved go reach out to crime stoppers at www.1800speakup.org.

The Community Response Team is here to help, so please let them.
