A three-year-old girl is recovering after almost drowning in a pool in St. Clair Shores.
It happened at the pool at Lake Front Park, which is run by the city of Grosse Pointe Woods.
The girl was found unresponsive and pulled from the pool by a bystander this evening.
A lifeguard administered first aid and was able to resuscitate the girl before fire and EMS arrived. She was then taken to the St. John Hospital by the St. Clair Shores Fire Department.
Her exact condition has not been released.
