The owner of a local market and his son were allegedly caught on cell phone video, attacking a bystander.

Frank and Anthony Grillo are charged with assault, after police say they violently attacked a man.

That man, who didn't want his identity used, told us, he has a "broken shoulder". He also says he was hit with a 2X4 "at least ten or twenty times. My hair was pulled out, I have abrasions all over my body."

He continued, "I thought I was gonna die."

He says the parking lot at a local BBQ restaurant was full, so he did what others have done in the past - parked across the street in the lot owned by Grillo's International Marketplace.

He claims Frank and Anthony Grillo came out and told him to park elsewhere, and he complied. But for some reason they didn't let it go and charged him with 2X4's and viciously beat him.

Another bystander who witnessed the attack rushed to his aid, pulling out a licensed handgun to get the Grillo's to stop.

Police showed up, took the witness's statement and verified the victim's story. The Grillo's were put in cuffs.

They are out on bond, and declined comment.
