ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. (WXYZ) — Emaan's lemonade stand is open for change in Rochester Hills.

The five-year-old child decided to make change to create change.

Her mother, Meriam Uppal said, her caring, kind-hearted daughter was moved by graphic imagines and stores on the news.

"She looked up while playing with toys and she's like mom why are those kids in cages," Uppal said.

Emaan told 7 Action News reporter Rudy Harper she felt sad when seeing children in cages.

The little girl doesn't have a political affiliation or motivation. She said, she just wanted to help.

"I guess the biggest thing... especially for a five-year-old is to spread love," her mother said.
