Some surprise guests joined the son of fallen Oakland County Sheriff's Deputy Eric Overall at his hockey game.
It was an emotional night as a group of sheriff's took the ice with Deputy Overall’s son Ken, as a warm welcome back to his team.
Michael Markley, a firefighter who works alongside Ken, arranged the group game at the Onyx Arena in Rochester.
It marked the 1st game since his father was killed during a police chase on Thanksgiving Day.
The players also held a moment of silence for the fallen deputy.
