Birmingham police have located a missing 78-year-old man.
Richard Lutz has dementia and was last seen around 12 p.m. Friday at the Baldwin House on Martin and Chester in Birmingham.
He was driving a four-door silver Ford Focus with license plate number CLS 9127.
