Police are investigating after a Novi police cruiser was involved in an accident.
It happened at 8 Mile and Haggerty.
Three vehicles were involved in the crash that left the cruiser with damage to the front end.
We've learned the officer was injured, but their current condition isn't known.
Officers from multiple jurisdictions - including Novi and Farmington Hills - responded to the scene.
A woman was also taken into custody at the scene.
