Royal Oak police said they've arrested a man suspected of prostitution in an undercover operation at a motel in Royal Oak.
Zachary Connors was arrested Tuesday at the Seville Motel on Woodward.
Police say they received a tip that he was working out of a room at the motel and had been using social media to solicit customers.
According to police, an undercover officer was used to pose as a client and meet Connors at the motel. He was then arrested and charged with prostitution, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Royal Oak police worked in conjunction with the Troy Special Investigation Unit on the case.
Connors was arraigned earlier this week and bond was set at $10,000.
His next court date is set for March 4th.
Police say Connors has a previous criminal record that includes convictions for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.
