Troy police said a 25-year-old Romeo man died after a motorcycle crash on Thursday night. According to police the crash happened in the area of Big Beaver Rd. and Daley Rd., which is just east of Rochester Rd., around 10:30 p.m.
Police say the man was going east on Big Beaver when he lost control and collided with a curb on the south side of the road. He was ejected from the motorcycle, hit a sign and then traveled "several feet from the location of the accident."
Witnesses told police they saw the man "driving erratically in and out of traffic with two other motorcycles" before the crash.
Police say he was wearing a helmet, and the other two people he was riding with were not involved in the crash or injured.
