The Oakland County Sheriff's office is investigating a shooting on Centerpoint Parkway in Pontiac.
The shooting is outside of an office building. Among the offices in the building is a parole office.
Police have identified the victim as a 38-year-old man from Oak Park. He was fatally shot in the head after visiting his parole officer.
A suspect was seen running from the scene wearing a gray hoodie and carrying a gun. No other description was provided.
He was last seen running north on South Boulevard.
