The Red Cross is at a Dexter condo complex where several units have been destroyed by fire.
The fire at the Huron Commons complex was so intense firefighters had to pull out of the building and battle the flames from the perimeter.
Several people were evacuated in the blaze.
One woman who lost her home says she was involved in a car accident just before arriving on scene to discover firefighters at the complex
It is believed the three alarm blaze started in the rear of the building. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
