The people who run a Redford cemetery are fed up with illegal dumping, so they're teaming up with their neighbors to help catch whoever is doing it.

The illegal dumping has been going on for several years.

Recently, the owner of a nearby business installed surveillance cameras in hopes to catch whoever is doing it,

Sure enough they caught them. Now they need your help identifying the person responsible.

Mackenzie MacDermaid works at the Redford cemetery.

Also part of the Redford Historical Commission, she says illegal dumping is creating an eyesore around the cemetery, as well as for nearby businesses.

Even after a nearby business installed surveillance cameras - and even posted signs - that didn't stop whoever is doing it.

So she was thrilled to hear the bad guys were finally caught on camera.

A white Chevy Silverado is seen pulling up behind the cemetery and dumping debris in the lot of a cement company parking lot.

Now MacDermaid is hoping the viewers at home can help identify the person seen in the video.

if you recognize the white Chevy Silverado or the man seen in the video, you are asked to call Redford police.
