A Dearborn man is facing federal child pornography charges involving a 13-year-old girl from Bayonne, New Jersey.

In a vivid 12 page indictment,  prosecutors said 24 year-old Randy Montante exchanged naked pictures and enticed the girl into appearing nude on live video via Skype.

Montante appeared in federal court in Detroit Wednesday to face charges of production of child pornography, receiving child pornography, and online enticement of a minor.

Montontae allegedly enticed the girl using Kik messaging and Skype accounts with the handle "doimakeyourandy."

The girl told prosecutors she originally told Montante she was 18. She later confessed to him multiple times that she was 13. The enticement still continued.

Montantae would "change the subject" whenever the girl's real age was brought up, according to the indictment.

On July 23rd the teen's mother discovered what was going on and sent Montante text messages telling him her daughter was 13 and to leave her alone. He wouldn't stop so they went to police in Bayonne.

Prosecutors said erotic messages from Montante to the teen continued even after a detective
with the Bayonne Police Department began posing as the teen online. Montante was once again told she was 13.

Montantae responded, "A good friend of mine said if you like someone, and it's real, age doesn't matter."

The mother believed the relationship had been ongoing since February of 2016.
