Its sale to an art gallery collective called Hatch Art is signed and sealed - according to the realtor involved in the sale.
The 2 adjoining houses on Kilinger sold for $100,000.
They feature a collection of yard art created by Ukrainian immigrant Dmytro Szylak, who died last year.
Hatch Art plans to restore and preserve everything, renting out the homes' flats to defray the costs.
