Romulus Police continue investigating the death of a 10-week-old baby boy.
His name is Cameron. He died on February 21 with a broken skull, broken ribs, bruises and police say signs of earlier injuries.
Cameron’s great grandmother is Joyce Marvin.
She tells 7 Action News Investigator Jim Kiertzner that Cameron was alone with his father, an 18-year-old, in her house when 911 was called.
Police also confirm that information. The baby and both parents lived there.
The baby’s mother is Erika Black, 17, who is in her senior year in high school.
Her twin sister, Erin Tells 7 Action News that the father has changed his story from the injuries being an accident to they injuries happened with paramedics.
7 Action News is not naming the father because he has not been charged with a crime.
The Wayne County Prosecutor reviewed the case and returned it to Romulus Police for additional investigation Friday afternoon. Police say the additional work is not major.
