Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a young man outside the Parkside Estate Apartments in Inkster.
Officers say witnesses surrounded the shooting scene at the time of the incident.
Police found more than a dozen shots were fired.
The victim's name has not been released. He has only been identified as a resident of Detroit.
Police are asking for anyone with information to come forward.
