The search is on for the suspect who robbed a Sherwin Williams paint store in Highland Park and it was all caught on camera.
Police have released the video with the hopes that someone can identify the suspect.
Police say it happened around 7:45 a.m. when the suspect walks in the store and pulls out a gun. He forces the clerk to empty the cash register in the front and the back before stealing more money from the safe.
There were two kids inside when it happened, both younger than 6 years old.
"To have no care at all in the world for these two female employees or these little children that were there, this is a dangerous man that we're looking for. He should be considered armed and dangerous," says Detective Brian Menge, Highland Park Police Department.
We're told the suspect made off with about $300 or $400.
Anyone with information is asked to call Highland Park police are Crime Stoppers.
