Dash cam video from Westland Police shows officers in pursuit of a suspect accused of stealing liquor from a Meijer.
It all started on Friday night at the store parking lot.
One suspect, 23-year-old Marquis Turner was arrested on the spot, while 20-year-old Joshua Legreair took off in a car.
Officers followed the driver as he swerved through heavy traffic in five cities: Westland, Garden City, Dearborn Heights, Inkster, and Detroit.
The driver caused a minor accident between two cars, but that doesn't slow him down.
He would eventually crash the car into a building near the intersection of Schoolcraft and Stout on Detroit's west side.
7 Action News obtained surveillance video from the building owner, showing the car slam into the building and the suspect running away.
Legreair and Turner are facing several charges, including retail fraud and fleeing and eluding.
