Officers arrived quickly. From police dash cam video, you can see the 18-year-old man was on the ground while customers were standing near him.

“By the time we got there he was in the parking lot. He was laying there with the customers. They were holding him,” said Lt Antal.

The man then bizarrely jumped up and his wild behavior continued as he started flailing his arms.

Then police the subdued him.
