Police say a woman and child have been injured after being hit by a car in Redford.
It happened on Grand River, west of Beech Daly.
The woman and her child have been taken to Botsford Hospital with serious injuries.
Officers say the driver that hit the woman and child did stop at the scene and called 911. He is cooperating with the investigation.
Police have blocked off part of Grand River while they investigate the accident.
