Imagine burying your mom, then buying a plot right beside her so the two of you could be together, and then finding out you were overcharged by more than $700.
That happened to 55-year-old Kimberly Duncan, who bought the plot in the 2003, but didn't realize what was on the paperwork until 2003.
She said she was overcharged by hundreds of dollars and has been trying to get her money back for the last eight months.
7 Action News Reporter Jennifer Bisram went to the cemetery to get answers. When she was told to go to the corporate office, she got a call from Kimberly.
They said they lost her paperwork, and went right away to get her money back!
