A group of Democrats, community activists and local religious leaders are planning a rally in Detroit on Monday in support of Rep. John Conyers.
A former staffer said the longest-serving member of the House made unwanted sexual advances that included partially undressing in front of her in a hotel room and inappropriate touching.
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi has also called for an investigation into the allegations by the House Ethics Committee.
The rally is scheduled for 11 a.m. at Hartford Memorial Baptist Church at 18700 James Couzens Freeway.
The group says they are calling for #DueProcess4RepJohnConyers.
