CNN is reporting that former Flint Emergency Manager Darnell Earley has been subpoenaed by the House Oversight Committee.
The report comes after Earley had refused to testify before the committee during a hearing on Wednesday.
The report says neither Earley or his attorney have accepted service of the subpoena, and that Earley's attorney says it would be impossible to travel to Washington in time for the hearing.
