Storage unit contents dumped in Detroit street

Posted

Personal belongings discovered on a Detroit Street have 7 Action News Reporter Ronnie Dahl teaming up with neighborhood camera crusader Jonathan Pommerville.

When Pommerville passes a pile of trash, he doesn't keep driving.  He stops, starts recording and goes digging.

Recently, the digging paid off.  Personal items left in a trash pile led Pommerville to the owner, a young woman from the suburbs.

She explained to Pommerville she lost her storage unit and it was sold in an auction.

Pommerville has gained a following on social media through his YouTube channel, Fochnut.  He shames people doing dirty deeds in his neighborhood.
