Illegally dumping is not a new problem, but it’s an expensive one for the residents of Detroit.
Each year, city crews pick up tons of trash dumped in the city. Too many times, the clean up cost is passed along to tax payers.
That’s why, when 7 Action News Reporter Ronnie Dahl was alerted to a couple of jet skis dumped on a vacant lot on the city’s west side, she set out to investigate.
