A Royal Oak woman says she hired a contractor to fix an air conditioning unit a few weeks ago, but it still isn't working.

She called 7 Action News after seeing a story we did on the same contractor earlier this year.

We tracked down the man in January, and he made good on his word, giving back more than $3,000 for a job he never completed.

Ann Holdreith, 67, says she hired George Ebert to fix her air conditioner because he replaced her furnace last winter.

When we tried to track him down on Monday, we found several people who had showed up looking for him for the same reason.

Holdreith has called other companies to see how much it would cost to get it fixed, and they said it would be about $800 more than she already paid.
