The Rusty Bucket is launching a new Happy Hour menu just in time for summer.
During a segment on 7 Action News This Morning, Executive Chef Elliott Webb and Bartender Jackie Conti showcased a few of the items on the new menu, including the Juicy Lucy (a double cheeseburger) and the Grapefruit Elderflower Margarita.

Below are the recipes for the items featured during the show:
Juicy Lucy (Double Cheese Burger) (Yields one serving)
Ingredients:
2, 4 Oz. Hand pattied burgers 2 Slices of American Cheese 1 Oz. Caramelized Onion 1 Burger Bun 1/8 TSP. Steak Dust Seasoning
Preparation:
Toast the burger bun and set aside. Season both burger patties with steak dust and place on the flat top or grill. Once both patties are seared on one side flip and press very thin and season again with steak dust. Cook for 2 minutes and flip to finish cooking. Place onions on the grill to heat up. Once the burger is cooked place 1/2 oz. onions and 1 piece of American cheese on each patty and stack. Place a dome on top for 10 seconds to melt the cheese. Once the cheese is melted place the burger on the bottom bun and top with the top bun and serve!
Grapefruit Elderflower Margarita (Yields one drink)
Ingredients:
1 ½ Oz. Herradura Silver
½ Oz. St. Germain Elderflower
1 ½ Oz. Fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice
¾ Oz. Fresh-squeezed lime juice
½ Oz. Agave Nectar
¼ Oz. Monin Ruby Red Grapefruit Syrup
Preparation:
Add all ingredients into a mixing tin and add ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a salted Collins glass and garnish with a quartered grapefruit.
