TAYLOR, Mich. (WXYZ — Telegraph Road in Taylor is closed in both directions at Pennsylvania Road due to a pedestrian struck by a vehicle Wednesday morning.
The accident happened outside of Evangel Baptist Church, according to 7 Action News reporter Ali Hoxie who is at the scene.
