(WXYZ) — Several schools in Southeast Michigan will be closed on Friday as dangerous cold weather continues.

Bitter cold continues to round out the workweek
Temperatures will drop to just below zero overnight and continue into early Friday morning. A Cold Weather Advisory has been issued for some parts Lapeer, Livingston, Macomb, Oakland, Sanilac, and St. Clair counties from midnight to 10 a.m. Friday. Wind chills are expected to be around -15°.
