Salvation Army stores in metro Detroit will be offering 50 percent off clothing this July 4.
The Salvation Army Family Thrift Stores says in a news release that customers can enjoy the discount from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on the Fourth.
There will reportedly be additional deals on other items and "bonus sales" announced throughout the day.
All 37 metro Detroit locations will be participating.
Not only will you save money at the Fourth of July sale, you will help us save the lives of men and women fighting addiction at our rehabilitation centers," said Rani Gabbara, director of retail operations for The Salvation Army Southeast Michigan Adult Rehabilitation Center, in a statement.
