If you're flying with airlines that takeoff from the North Terminal at Detroit Metro Airport, you'll want to give yourself some extra time to get through security this morning.
There was a power outage at the terminal overnight and that halted screenings TSA checkpoints. The checkpoints are back up and running now -- but there are still some delays being reported.
There are also reported delays due to weather, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
Check with your airline before you head to the airport.
