WARREN, Mich. (WXYZ) — A serial robber targeting several retail stores across metro Detroit has been arrested.
Warren Police Commissioner Dwyer told 7 Action News Wednesday morning that investigators arrested a serial armed robber responsible for a number of armed robberies of Family Dollar stores and other locations throughout metro Detroit.
The suspect was arrested without incident at a Westland apartment where investigators also seized evidence.
A news conference discussing the events is expected later this morning.
