Emergency crews rushed to the scene of a serious crash at Conner and Kenmoor on Detroit's east side Monday afternoon.
According to police, a child under the age of five was one of four people injured in the head-on crash.
There are reports that the small child was thrown from the vehicle.
It's not clear what conditions of the injured are, but all are alive right now.
