The upcoming seventh season of "American Horror Story" will take place in Michigan.
The most recently released trailer places the season on election night in 2016.
Titled "American Horror Story: Cult," the season will focus on Ally, played by Sarah Paulson, a lesbian living in Michigan who suffers a breakdown after Donald Trump is elected president.
Following the election, Ally is plagued by her phobia of clowns, eventually confronting her fear through violent means.
The season will also feature Allison Pill, Emma Roberts, Evan Peters, Lena Dunham, Chaz Bono and Billie Lourd.
"AHS: Cult" will premiere on FX on Sept. 5.
