DETROIT (WXYZ) — Traffic lights are back on after outage along Woodward Avenue in downtown Detroit Tuesday morning.
The power outage was reported in the area between Michigan and Adams.
Drivers are reminded to treat intersections as a 4-way stop when traffic lights go out.
