Southfield police are investigating after several gunshots were fired into a restaurant around midnight.
We're told it happened at the TGI Fridays on Evergreen near I-696 in Southfield. At least six bullets busted the windows in the front of the restaurant.
Police say a security guard escorted a group of men and women out of the restaurant after they refused to show identifications while ordering alcoholic beverages.
Once they were outside, one member of the group then opened fire in the direction of the restaurant and the security guard, according to police.
The guard was able to get into the restaurant without getting shot. Police say he suffered a minor injury to his finger and ankle while taking cover.
The suspects fled the area in a blue Chrysler 300. Police are looking for two black males around 17-22 years old. One of them was described as being 5'7" with a light complexion and medium build. The other male was described as very thin.
Police are unsure which male fired the shots.
