A family is turning to you for help after their loved one was gunned down on Detroit’s east side.

Police say the shooting happened in the middle of the night back in June. Nearly four-months later the triggerman is still on the streets.

Now the family is turning to you for your help.

Police say Martinus Wilson was gunned down while in this car around 3:00 am on June 15th. It was parked on the 6000 block of Rohn’s Street on Detroit’s east side.

The 20-year-old, known to many as “Tiney,” graduated from Osborne High School and went on to study graphic design.

On that June night, as he sat in his friends’ car, investigators say out of nowhere two-men ran up to the car and started firing.

Now the family is teaming up with Crime Stoppers - pleading for your help.

If you have any information about Martinus’ killer, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK-UP.

The right tip could earn you $2,500 and if that right tip comes in tonight, before midnight, Crime Stoppers says they’ll add an extra thousand dollars.

Remember all calls are anonymous.
