And now, the company is putting the tools in our hands to create more of them for special events.

Snapchat recently rolled out a section on its website that lets people build their own geofilters from user friendly templates.
Users can choose from three categories: birthdays, celebrations and weddings.
You can change the text, move around the images and even choose the colors — completely making it your own. You don't have to be an expert in Photoshop anymore to design one for a special occasion.
After you select when and where you want the geofilter to run, Snapchat calculates your price.
The company will review the submission and then email you once it’s approved. Snapchat is still letting designers submit free community geofilters for their city, university or another public location.
