(WXYZ) — Somerset Collection plans to kick off the holiday season with interactive scenes through Holiday Wander.
The experience is aimed to allow shoppers to enjoy the season with health and safety measures in mind. Kids can also make a craft, decorating items including capes, journals, totes, pencil cases and more.
Holiday Wander is located on the third floor of Somerset Collection North and will be open Wednesday through Sunday from noon to 7 p.m. Admission is $10, with an additional $10 fee for the craft.
Santa will be greeting families from Somerset Collection’s holiday castle balcony and taking pictures with kids from a safe social distance.
Santa will be in his castle from Wednesday through Sunday, noon to 7 p.m. Reservations to visit Santa are made online at www.thesomersetcollection.com and pictures are emailed to families.
Additionally, Somerset Collection is launching new services for shoppers, including a "Collection to Car" curbside pick-up, reserving 20 parking spaces at the main entrances dedicated to curbside pickup.
There will also be a new home delivery service, “From Our Stores to Your Door," where merchandise will be delivered from any of its merchants to the shoppers’ doorsteps who live within 60 miles of the mall. To schedule a delivery, call 248-816-2087.
