St. Clair Shores police say they have arrested a man in the alleged sexual assault of a 13-year-old.
According to police, they were called to the area of Masonic and Temple on Thursday for a criminal sexual conduct complaint involving the 13-year-old.
The victim was able to give police a description of the suspect, and police arrested him shortly after at Kyte Monroe Park.
The suspect was identified as 34-year-old Charles Michaels from St. Clair Shores.
He was arraigned on third degree criminal sexual conduct charges Friday and given a $5,000 cash or surety bond.
