An earlier evacuation at the Sterling Heights Courthouse and library is over after a man brought in a military round tot he police department.
The police department was also secured.
The man meant no harm. He reportedly found the round in his home and brought it to police.
The round was located in his van in the parking lot.
We're told police have secured the device and it is safe.
They are cautioning people against transporting these devices anywhere. If you find it, don't touch it and call police to come take care of it.
