Superior Township husband, father reported missing after missing first day of work in 30 years

WASHTENAW CO. (WXYZ) — A husband and father who was last seen leaving his Superior Township home Monday has been reported missing.

According to the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office, 56-year-old Marcus Esper left his home Monday, March 25 and was headed to a storage facility in Ypsilanti Township. He hasn't been heard from since, and missed his first day of work in 30 years.

Esper is 6 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs 235 pounds. He's described as a white man with balding brown/gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded University of Michigan jacket, blue Sketchers and an unknown baseball cap.

Police say Esper left his residence in a White 2013 Buick LaCrosse with Michigan plate DNU8172. He has ties to Superior and Ypsilanti townships.
