We have an update on a badly injured dog who was rescued from the streets of Detroit.
One of his legs was amputated yesterday -- and the surgery was a success.
Workers with Rejoyceful Animal Rescue are calling the dog Creed. He was found near 7 Mile and Telegraph last week with one of his paws severely mangled.
It's believe the dog may have been hit by a car - or got his paw caught in a trap.
The vet tells us Creed lost a lot of blood. He had a blood transfusion before surgery yesterday -- and will need several more.
