Bruce and Kathy Dominguez were killed in the fire. One of their 3 daughters made it out alive. Two of them, not in-state at the time, are back home, and talking about their loss.
“Kymberly was rescued by a heroic neighbor,” said Angelyn Dominguez. “We were our parents pride and joy, and they did everything for us.”
The girls have had a lot to deal with.
Deputies tell us since the incident, someone tried to break into a barn on the victim’s property, stealing various items.
And gawkers continue to drive by taking pictures, upsetting the family.
None the less, the sisters try to keep focus on remembering their parents.
“Our father was very feisty, strong, passionate, loved our mom so much,” said Dominguez.
“Mom was just the most caring person in the entire world,” added sister Joice.
A public visitation is scheduled from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and memorial service at 7 p.m. at Woodside Bible – Lake Orion.
A private funeral will take place Friday.
A GoFundMe page has been set up to help the children with expenses. It can be found here.
