WOODHAVEN, Mich. (WXYZ) — The Woodhaven Police Department has arrested a suspect they say took more than 150 videos of men urinating in the bathroom at the Woodhaven Lanes Bowling Alley.

According to police, they responded in December 2018 for a disturbance in which a man said another man was taking pictures and video of the victim urinating in the bathroom. Officers found the suspect and took his phone.

After examining the phone, they found 150 video clips that showed images of the reporting victim and other men urinating, and all appeared to have been taken from an adjacent bathroom stall.

Investigators then tried to contact him several times, but he failed to make himself available for an interview.

On June 14, investigators signed a 50-count warrant for the arrest of the suspect, identified as 36-year-old Ryan Dustin Gaynier, from Temperance, but were still unable to find him.

Then, detectives were able to arrest Gaynier on the morning of June 26 with help from the Fugitive Task Force. He has been charged with 25 counts of capturing/distributing an image of an unclothed person and 25 counts of using a computer to commit a crime.

Gaynier is due in court for a probable cause conference on July 9.
