A man who was accused of stabbing twin brothers in Warren turned himself into police on Sunday.
The suspect, Johnny Lee Whitfield, was sought by police for killing one brother and critically injuring the other.
Officers arrived at the 20800 block of Atlantic on Friday night and saw two victims on the sidewalk with stab wounds.
One of the victims and multiple witnesses identified Whitfield as "Chavez."
According to the witnesses, there have been ongoing problems between the victims and Whitfield during the past week.
The witnesses report that the suspect is a known drug dealer on 8 Mile. Earlier Friday evening, the victims and Whitfield were reportedly engaged in an argument at a party store on 8 Mile and Mound.
