Posted

The man accused of shooting and killing a father of three on Detroit's west side on June 22 has turned himself in to police.

We're told the incident started with an argument between the victim, 26-year-old Tyrone Delaney, and the mother of his children.

Police say that's when 18-year-old Montez Maxwell, the mother's boyfriend, showed up and opened fire on Delaney.

If you have any information regarding the incident, you're asked to call police.
